Hi Vishal,

In Production Order - Under Assignment tab use field sequence number to maintain the work order number. With this in COOIS -Order Headers also you can input sequence number to fetch the production order number and inspection lot number as displayed below.

In QA32 as displayed below you can input production order number to fetch the required lot number.

If still you require work order field(Sequence Number), then you need to add column to display in QA32. Refer the below link which will guide you.
