I have couple of further queries :

1)

I have worked on some of the tasks in SDK. The Help doc mentions difference of behavior for Administrator user and other SDK users. For e.g. Assemble and Download of a Solution can be done only by an Administrator. But I found that all the dev users can work the same way as an Administrator (there is a function 'Switch On/Off the Admin mode').

So, is this similarity due to the demo tenant and it not being a Dev tenant ?

Who and how to create an Administrator user for SDK ?
