Hi Hector,
This may be caused by a number of different factors:
1) Make sure your network and its environment are correct
2) Preferably use the IP address, not localhost to register the "Service Manager"
3) The B1if is properly installed or Cockpit Dashboard are enabled
4) This happened after an update?
