Deletion Indicator of the SC in COOI table changes to X after PO Commitment

Hi,

There is a Budget Commitment after the Shopping Cart Creation i.e. a entry is created in table COOI with Deletion Indicator (LOEKZ) equal to Space.

However when i create the Purchase Order the Budget Commitment of PO is done and an entry is created in the COOI table for the PO. However LOEKZ field of the SC entry in the table changes to 'X'.

I am not able to figure out the reason for the same.
