As i've checked these OSS Notes

• 1943725 - WBS Element not in accounting for (un)planned service items
• 1977169 - Change of existing service items using BAPI_PO_CHANGE results in error KI 235

are not available on my snotes worklist. do i need to implement these? able to continue?
